Instant Pot Chicken Barley Soup

Perfect soup for a cold Winter's day.  And, it's quick and easy in the Instant Pot!

Chicken Oil Carrots  Chicken Broth Onions Garlic  Thyme Parsley Pearled Barley Salt Pepper

Saute onions Add chicken, broth and spices Pressure cook for 7 minutes Remove chicken and pull apart  Return chicken to pot Add barley, parsley, carrots. Set to saute and bring to boil to allow barley to cook. Pressure cook for 15 min. with lid on.

Cooks in 40 min. Serves 6 395 Calories Healthy Delicious!
