Easy Nutella Fudge

Sweet and creamy chocolate hazelnut fudge.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces chocolate chips (can use dark or milk chocolate)
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Sea Salt Flakes (optional, to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

  • Butteran 8x8 pan and line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl melt the chocolate chips in the microwave with the butter, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour into prepared pan and smooth out evenly.
  • Chill the fudge for one hour.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt flakes if desired then chill for an additional hour.
  • Lift out of pan and use a knife dipped in warm water to slice.
  • Serve, share, and enjoy!

Notes

Use quality ingredients for the best flavor.  Use real butter and pure vanilla extract.
Be sure to line your pan with parchment paper for easy removal from pan.
Dipping your knife in warm water before slicing will help you to have clean cuts.  After dipping the knife in the water, wipe dry before cutting.
