This Amish Peanut Butter Spread is the same recipe as the one you find in the Amish Restaurants.  We had tried to duplicate the recipe several times until we mentioned our failures to our Amish friends.  They were happy to share the original recipe with us and now we share it with you.  Everyone should be able to enjoy this creamy peanut butter goodness at any time, not just when visiting Amish country.  The Cinnamon Sugar Crisps are a perfect accompaniment for this delicious spread.

This recipe was shared with our family from our Amish friends in Holmes County Ohio. It is the same peanut butter spread you find at Amish Restaurants. So good spread on biscuits, toast or used as a tasty dip for fruit, crackers or cookies. Also yummy as an ice cream topping.
