How to Make Lemon Shortbread Cookies With Lemon Curd

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until combined.
  3. Add the vanilla and lemon extracts and beat again.
  4. Add the flour to the wet ingredients and mix together until a dough forms
